Friday the 13th

Woke up early with this awful cough so just going to stay warm and get a few jobs done around here.

Going to finish my scrap page and hoping to get a few more done too. Might need to print off more photos first.

got a bit of a sleep in today and with this wet wheather it was nice to be cosy in my bed till 7.15....

got up cleaned the kitchen - just need to do floors
washing on - dishwasher on
called about my iPad i ordered at Dick Smith - and they have had them in since the 9th but didnt call me - so I rang a round and got a better price and in stock at Harvie - so i ducked down and grabbed it
now i have to get all my jobs done before i play

need to to paperwork for tax and load some more kits

the weather is yack and so wish the rain would go away to get washing dry and done
it is also very muggy

Im packing
lounge room done
tv cabnet done
two book shelves done
kids have started their bedrooms

I keep looking at all my scrap stuff and really dont want to do it lol
and getting madder and madder by the minute
the stupid women that owns the house wont let us out of our lease even though she is the one what wants us out
so we have to sit and wait untl sept and hope to god we can find somewhere to go straight after as I cant afford to pay double rent

that doesnt sound right tam. if it were you guys leaving by choice and they wouldnt let you out of your lease then i can understand the double rent i guess, but they are kicking you out- giving them a vacant property for which they expect you to keep paying rent for. id be seeking advice through fair trading.

there in the right Kate as they have stated be vacate by the end of our lease but if they had said we have 30days then we have the rights to leave with in the 30days
so we are waiting to see if she will allow us to leave when we want within the 60 days as we need to move as well as we need to clean, have carpets done and house sprayed which takes time
