THURSDAYS things

have started well...

1hr 15min walk - 20 min run - 5 min cool down walk - 20 min stretch - 15 pushups.....
= sore legs now

my house is so lovely - my last morning on my own
but I am missing my kiddies

heading at 12 to meet mum and pick them up and then go to Wollongong to spend the weekend with Sar whilst our big girls dance

so I need to pack - do a few more cleanup bits - vaccuum after yesterdays wind there is stuff everywhere as I had the windows open...

dont forget we are ON SALE!!!! buy up big and spread the word!!!

we are going accross a gorgeous bridge of water near the entrance bypass and 110 km from New Castle
we are stopping in Taree to have a brouse as its yrs since we have been there and might even spend the night as we arent due home until Saturday lol

heidi had a sleep over at my mums last night, not sure what time she will get home, but i had a nice lie in bed til 9am as annika was happy playing in her room when she woke up. lost 1.9kg this week, ive been running everyday so no doubt that is helping! feeling great!!

hi girls and home now after a 12 hr trip and ashame I didnt get to see you Kate

we stopped at the stawberry farm and bought 34kg of strawberries at a $1kg
caravan just about unpacked
just need to clean and wash sheets and it done

now to go through mail and papers
Cat is huge and god only knows if she will survive having kittens but dont want to scare DD
she is only 10months old and small

Took Grace shopping today for school shoes and a couple of other things. Kate was at a friends. Then went to Mums for a swim. Doing a 12 photos on the 12th of every month so Grace helped out with that too. Pics on my blog if you're interested.

they have strawberries, tomatoes and lettuce but there strawberies are the hit
they are in a massive tent grown in pvc pipes and you get a bucket and sizzors to collect them
