What a gorgeous day. Went for an hour walk this morning followed by some other exercises.

Dropped Kate to dance. John has gone to golf. Long list of things to get done and not sure where to start so best make a list and just start I think.

The sun is shining here, but the wind is freezing!

Craig and I are heading to Caloundra after lunch to play golf early in the morning for an industry function... It is supposed to be windy, I am hoping that the wind is blowing the right way to give me a helping hand lol

I am not looking forward to getting in the car again. I went to Brisbane yesterday with the girls from work to go through the lab that makes our lenses. Very interesting.. I think I understand it all a bit more now.

Off to do some ironing now as Craig is flying to Sydney for a course tomorrow night after golf, and he needs to pack his bag.. boy, we are never home together lol

went and got Logans shoes out of laybys
then to relay for life and so tired but don't want to go to bed yet as its to early

so that was my SSS session of 19000 steps and nearly 12 kms
not happy as my HR monitor has crapped it self again so taking it back monday
