Today is Thursday

yep couldn't think of anything witty to name today! still feel like crap!

on a positive note I can sort of breathe through my nose again...perhaps that will help my breathing at night....my lips are all cracked bc of the breathing through my mouth! not happy!

so Isobel has gone to kinder...Beatrix wanted to go back to bed....started the folding...house is tidyish....so I think I will just quickly finish a LO...then take some medicine and go back to bed....the rest of the folding can wait.

the kids are back at school so

was going to have a blood test this morning as I have to farst but it helps if the right addie is on the form

so now home and having a cuppa and then to drink a litre of water for a ultrasound on my pelvis and boobs

then in town for the day doing job and groceies
so a day of spending money

work again here but came home to a parcel from Peta

alls ok Deb just my age and my dr; a women from the womens health clinic is ticking all the boxes lol
so pap smear normal
had a pelvic, abdomanol and boobs ultrasounds Im out of pocket $220 and medicare pay $191 so expesive
and blood test are for cholestrol, diabeties factor 5 (heriditry) and other abnomolies lol

plus with loosing weight Im on the right track lol
