Fitness Friday

Have a few jobs to get done this morning and then I am going for another run/walk.

Lots of prep needed for next week and have to get some assignments done too.

def fitness friday - I really need to pump it up again and do an hour work out.... I've eaten so much bad food lately, even with still working out not getting anywhere! all my fault!!! hopefully I can get back into it properly next week...so hard with this cold weather love eating the comfort food

well FINALLY have no school-age kids at home - after dr appt yesterday looks like chei does have asthma - have to go back for another check up to see or not... he has a puffer and I've shipped him to school...

I'm looking forward to some scrappy time over the weekend - tomorrow is scrap night at the local church so really want to go to that!

it was a tafe day for me
hubby took the boys to the bus stop
so I was nice and early

went out to Kmart and got a layby out
went and seen someone about work but no luck

about to sort out my resume and print
also will work on my last assignment for the term
