Kate is about to head to school for ensemble and then I will drop Grace and head to work. Feeling super tired this week Too much going on I think

my day is
drop boys of
we have an excursion to Boambee bay golf resort Im happy is its for my assignment lol
so pulling into GJ for two hot chocies
go to Chec and pick up a friend
go out to the resort

I have to pick up Abby for a head space appt at 12
pick up forms for Laura
drop the forms at school
I have a drs appt at 12.45

drop abby of at TKD
oick up boys
take logan to TKID
home tea

and need to iron the sashes before friday

MY DAY - was excellent once again!!
yet the planets have aligned and the moon is in my radar and all is going well!!!

Next years retreat calendar will be very full but LOADS of fun!!!

Quiet group at Playgroup today which was nice. Thursday is usually very busy so it is nice every now and then to have a quieter day.

Off to take Kate to dance soon, grab some groceries and home to cook dinner and organise Grace. Might try and get some study dine tonight.

over wieght dont eat enough and forget to eat

and have what they call frozen shoulder so of for a ultrasound
