Working Wednesday

Off to work today. It's a smaller group today so that will be nice.
Not much else on the agenda - hope to complete my assignment stuff tonight. I was just too tired to do any last night. Hope these iron tablets kick in soon! Must get back to exercising and eating better - keep reading about all these fab results people are having but I am struggling to make a start. I need to stop making excuses!

exercise is one of the hardest things to start - especially once it gets colder.... but yu just need to do it!!!
I know I have fallen off the path and am feeling yuk for it...
Must at least jump on the bike each day!

today I have a class - but first i have to race CJ to the dentist. early appointment so i hope i get in on time and out so I can get home.

just enjoying a nice hot coffee before I run around like a mad lady for an hour and get organised...

im thinking of scrapping today too, annikas day carer rang and said she is contagious with something or other so tomorrows care is cancelled. bugger!!

ahhh the dreaded exercise.... i've just finished my 2nd workout since retreat.... You really just have to MAKE yourself do it, until you make it routine.... somehow you have to try and fit it in... I know its hard!

I have orders - so must get to it, have to drop in to spotty though to grab a few bits and pieces...

feeling stuffed now....

went to main st - dropped off lease agreement to real estate, dropped some lollipops off to a friend who ordered...
went to spotty - got some more felt for bunnies & monsters... yay

picked kids up from school,
baked muffins,
took kids to swimming,
had tea - homemade chicken & noodle soup
bathed kids...
now ashan is off to work & its time for bed for the kids...

then I hope to make some bunnies and monsters tonight

class was great - it was nice and relaxed - and have another new SFS customer converted - YAY!!!

hubby home this arvo - played netball - feeling VERY crap!!!
i usually get very tired the day he comes home - but thinking its more than that - hope im not coming down with anything - i dont have time!!!

woohoo, I got my DT kit today and the papers are just beautiful Can't wait to start creating so look out some new layouts in the next few days

We've been having a few issues with Kate at bedtime - lots of anxiety issues but after talking through some stuff with her today and giving her some strategies tonight has been better. Hope it settles down for her as she is getting super tired and grumpy and so am I

have spent two hr at the hospital with Abby
at this stage they think she has badly sprained her elbow and her arm but if still sore in a wk once the swelling goes down we have to go back to have re xray
I will be glad when this wk is over

geez I do need a retreat but thankfully the brissie scrapook and papercraft expo is next mth so a long wk end in brissie with friends and meeting Tim holtz
