My Goal is reached!!!

The 2nd week of January I set a goal to loose weight and GET FIT in time for Bali....
I created this LO

to document my then...

well my NOW has given me a smile allday and I had to share...
My weight is FINALLY under 60 [59.9 Wink

]
but the measurements - which I havent taken since Jan shocked me!!!

first measurement is Jan - 2nd is now

Waist - 86......80.5
Hips - 100.....98.5
Thighs -97.....93.5
Arms 27........ 27.5 [i have biceps & triceps]

and I will take a pic in the morning in the same clothes & spot to see the difference....

WTG Peta thats a massive acheivement

and a great challenge as I know Im getting there slowly
I started WW on thursday the 20th Jan weighing 80.1 kg and a 162 cm tall
and todate I am 74.7kg
all up I would like to loose 16.1kg

I have bypassed 5% of my body weight
and only 1.8 from 10%

IM happy Very Happy

Wow, that's fantastic Peta and Tam

I need some of that motivation too. I feel like I'm so busy fighting fires with Grace, running around after Kate's after school stuff and trying to work that I come last. With John being away from home 7-7 every day I just don't get there. Time to stop making excuses and do something though Embarassed

I finally got back on Wii on sunday, hadn't been on for ages. Time for me to get real and get fit and loose weight. I hope both your motivation is coming my way!!

girls even if its a few kilos or just the fun of it excercise doesnt have to be boring
a walk or just moving is enough

I have a tennis club accross the road and walked over to get a membership form
the old ladies aka me can play tuesday mornings

plus I love to play golf which Im hoping to get back into
my sister also wants me to do pole dancing with her

i thought you looked slimmer peta in photos I've seen of you lately!

well I'm not getting any smaller...only bigger!

but hopefully in about 14 weeks plus about 8 I will be able to get back on the wagon...back running...and back on my weight loss goal! i was only 3.5kgs away from goal...after losing 7kgs

i still want to trim my hips a bit more and tone my butt so it doesnt meet my knees LOL!!!!

but very happy i made it - not to maintain it!!!
