Morning all...

got up at 6am - and got Meah up too - trying to train her to get up early.... she will have to be up at 6 and out the door by 6.45 from Tuesday [Monday I am driving her so we will leave at 7.15]

took milli for a run for 25mins and then did 30 mins on the wii.... my calves are very sore from running on the wii yesterday [on the spot running hurts!!!]

todays plan is to file some more layouts - clean the loungeroom - maybe start on a box or two in my room - scrap - and then if its not raining at 4pm we are heading off to play tennis with friends for a few hours....
we are starting up our group 'fun sport' arvos again 2 - 3 times a week....

so I better get off here - shower - get a coffee - and get filing...

Have a great one
