| Well another day of sport..... BUT!!!! I got told by the couch as we left yesterday that Zac isnt playing today.... he hadnt told Zac this - and I am SOOOOO cranky!!! Dad is taking Zac to 'watch & support' - and Zac isnt a very happy boy..... there are too many on the team so someone has to miss out each game - and i am fine with that - Zac isnt one of the strongest on the team - but the couch should have made this decision and told the two it effected at training NOT on the day.... ANG - am I right to be mad about this??? [and please note I really am not cross it is Zac it is more the method] I am not going out there today as I know I will say something to the couch which will embarress Zac.... anyone - on a good note - it gives mum & I a morning to ourselves [with 3 kids] to get more stock loaded - and some scrapping done too..... we then have footy at 12 so we will head off about 11.30 to meet Zac at his first footy trial of the season off to have a coffee and calm down - i didnt sleep well thinking about this either | |

| id be pissed peta. piss poor planning on the coaches behalf. enjoy your day kate, hope you get to have a break from work soon! lots of photos today tam!!
well id ont knwo if anyone seen on the news about the delays on the F3 freeway yesterday but yep, we were caught in them. we heard about the accident yesterday before we left and checked all the rta we cams etc and advice about the road- they said the contra flow thing was in place, traffic moving well, so off we went to the wedding- and traffic was at a standstill. we needed to take the exit that was in the middle of it all. so sitting there for over an hour to get to an exit that was 2km away. the fuel light comes on. BUGGER!! so we changed lanes and moved past a lot of traffic finally got to the wedding half an hour late- thank god the bride and several other guests were later than us! so the wedding was late. we were only going for the ceremony as we had the in laws watching the girls and couldnt get anyone to mind them longer than that. after the ceremony we had to find a servo to get fuel. came home and got pizza from the italian restaurant down the road as i didnt feel like cooking after that!
strange weather here, we are all in warm clothes today and it rained last night so cant do the lawns today. might just potter around here and get a bit of house work done. going to do my zumba wii too!! | |

| ANG - am I right to be mad about this??? [and please note I really am not cross it is Zac it is more the method] Yes Peta you are right to be mad. As a part time coach of an U14 cricket team, as we approach the two rounds of the competition, the main coach and myself sat the boys down and explained to them what was happening with the team with these rounds and then semis, and finals. We had a 12th man, but he knew about it 4 weeks in and so did his mother. I think it is only fair for them to know. To me it just proves who gutless the coach is. If I was in your shoes Peta, you made the right choice by not going, I wouldn't of either as I too would have said something! Had a busy morning myself, Rachel competed at a State Little A's competition in Javelin. Threw a PB but not good enough to make the cut, but she enjoyed it and was happy with her result. Home to catch up for about an hour, then off to watch Mitch play his first round of AFL and then Junior Presentations for cricket up the coast at 5pm tonight Hope you enjoyed your scrapping and spending time with your mother Peta and Zac enjoyed his footy game. Kate - enjoy your visit to your sister and your new niece Tam - have a great day taking lots and lots of photos to scrap Kate - hope you enjoy Zumba - tell me what its like - my kids want it! Deb - I've just seen you but Hello again | |

| Good Morning I woke up very late this morning and have just finished my exercise and breakfast! I was out late after babysitting a gorgeous little boy last night OMG Peta you just have the most adorable little nephew, is he always that good? I loved every minute of him being awake and then he went to sleep at 6.30pm and didn't stir again! Today I am going to finish off the BC and muck around with my art journal Hope you all enjoy your sports day with your kids Have a great day everyone | |

| well the boys got out within 2hrs of the game starting today - dont know for how many runs.... so another grand final over... im thinking next yr I might have to travel a bit further for him if we dont get a real coach!!! Footy today was another white wash - however we scored all the tries.... not sure how many but at least 10 tries to nil.... it was a trial match - just a warm up.... Zac played really well - i was very proud of him Bree - im so glad Jedd was a good boy - and yes he generally is good - and arent all kids better when their parents aren't aroung i know mine are.... sounds like a big day for you too Ang.... and thanks everyone for your 'thoughts' today im glad i wasnt being an over emotional mother | |
