Sad NEWS :(

Since setting up the SFS shop & Forum I have had so many people help me by assisting in setting it up and also in promoting the forum and the shop.
I really could not have done it without everyone who has joined in by buying the designer kits, chatting, blind scrapping, and completing challenges which I and the Design Team have put out to you.
But there is one person who has been there from DAY ONE - supported me, created for me, taken over when I needed her too and inspired us all with her pages & sketches...... and unfortunately she has designed to hang up her DT hat....

Miss Kate I want to say a huge thankyou for everything you have done to help me get this little forum started, but also in helping me build the SFS shop to where it is today.
Without your support I would not have been able to get it to where it is today.
You have pulled me thru the rough times and believed in me 100%
You have created amazing inspiration from my kits and advertised SFS in a positive light whenever you could.
I really mean it when I say I could not have done it without you



BTW Kate - this doesnt mean you get to love us and leave us completely either....
I am sure I will get you back for "guest appearances"

SO please help me in thanking Kate for being my partner in crime my BWDT - which for those of you who don't know means "bestest of the worstest Design Team" - a joke title we created back what seems like a life time ago

aw Kate such sad news to hear, you have been an inspiration, and have worked so hard @ sfs. Hope you stick around though it wouldnt be the same without you xo

We'll miss your inspiration on the DT, love your sketches and Peta and all her sheeples will miss them but hope we'll still see you around.

Oh, so sad Kate!!! I guess these are the things we have to do when we get a promotion at work You will be very missed as a designer here, but we know you'll still be around

Awww thanks so much peta, this certainly wasn't an easy decision, and I really didn't want to leave the sfs team, but the last few months have been such a struggle trying to balance everything that I felt like I was always letting peta down it was the right thing to do in the end! When I finally feel like scrapping again, you girls will be the 1st ones I come too! I will be at the oct retreat too, so really looking fwd to that. huge hugs to you miss peta for taking me on as the best of the worst lol, love you lots xxxxx sorry I'm on my iPhone it's too hard to get to the smilies!! Your kits are the best on the web and it's hard to believe the tiny origins you built the shop from. I'm very proud of you and very proud to know I played a small part thanks girls for your gorgeous comments, I'm sure I'll be back for a guest spot in the future and a Kate sketch or 2! Mwah xoxo

OMG Kate, that is so sad Its you and Peta that really got me hooked on scrapping and I so appreciate everything you have done for me (and being able to blame you for some of my purchases LOL). I always think of it as you and Peta and will be sad to see you go. I hope that doesnt mean you will stop your retreat to main creek because I for one will be a very upset lady !!!

Well it's easy to see I spend more time on facebook than on forums. I want to hit like on everyone's posts.
So sad that Kate is leaving the BWDT but her other work is so so important. I know Kate won't be a stranger to the SFS forum & community. I also need to blame Kate for hooking me on proper scrapping & the friends that go with it.

Aww we'll miss you Miss Kate - your awesome pages, sketches and sunny disposition has been a major plus around here.

You will still be doing your Retreat to Main Creek in March won't you or has that been shelved as well???

Don't worry Barb and Jane - retreat to Main Creek is still alive and well! It is one of my highlights of the year, really looking forward to it

sorry our working relationship was so short lived Mal, I was really excited to finally have some more team members I know you will carry on the "awesomeness" along with Kellie!
