go to "Always notify me of replies" :
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.

and click on NO

then save your changes

how do i change my email address?
i tried in my profile but it doesn't give the option?
need to change it to my new one for notifications.
