| Yesterday I placed an order at SFS and it arrived today. SUPER quick !! Thanks so much Peta for the prompt service. Even though once the parcels are out of your hands it is up to Aussie post, however I really appreciate the time you put in to send the parcels and get them packed and off quick as a fiddle! Especially when you not only have SFS but also a family, and your job as well. I love shopping here because of the wonderful service. Thank you from me  | |

|  i have tears thanks so much for your kind words.... and yes we are in the hands of AUST post once i get it out of my door - but I always attempted a max 24hr turn around and feel terrible if this doesn't happen. I have always worked in sales and customer service is where business is made as far as I am concerned | |

| absolutely and you always have service with a smile so people find you approachable some stores don't offer that even though they are online. | |
