I will not stress over things I have no control over.....

yes today is going to be a BIG day at work....... not looking forward to it at all!!!

so my plan is to come home - cook dinner - turn the puter off and scrap!!!!
That was yesterdays plan too but it didnt work

starting my thursday with my weigh in for the week and have done really well this week. Stoked. hopefully i am beyond that point of sabotaging my efforts because I have come so far already! id hate to undo that hard work.

we were a bit slow moving this morning as Heidi had her school concert last night and we are a bit sluggish this morning. I am getting my butt into gear and getting stuck right into this housework today. hope you are all well!! xox

Kate i found out last night a guy i went to school with passed away. It was a huge shock.

what a day and hate tuesdays and thursdays
but as Of next wk I will go to TKD monday morning

so tafe today until 3pm
into town to put money on laybys and a bit of grocery shopping
picked up boys
home and changed
of to TKD
home and dropped kids of
back to TKD
home and tea and now having a can of red bear
and yes it is 8.15pm and the first time I have sat down at home since 8.15 this morning

my back is still sore and now have a nice bruice on my leg lol
