Tuesday is here!!

ive had a busy full on morning this morning with taking heidi to school (and a big fiasco that was but i wont go into it) and then went to mums and did my treadie walk. feeling really lethargic today, didnt sleep the best last night thanks to the neighbours. have to do some banking and posting today (bleugh) i should do some more painting but i dont feel like it bring on my child free day tomorrow!! hope you all have a great day

the girls both slept in this morning. Kate is still home sick although she was feeling a little better earlier. I thought Grace would be begging to stay home but she went off to school happily

have to wait for an alarm technician to come later today so I have had to make some arrangements for Grace to be picked up just in case they arrive right on school pick up.
wasted so much time on the computer yesterday so I'm going to turn it off and get some stuff done.

I woke up with the mother of all migraines
so took some meds
dropped boys at school bus
went to the library to pick up some books but they were closed

had all intentions of going to tafe but turned around and come home to bed
up and more meds

but need to move so no time to feel sorry for my self

TKD for kids
and Im giving it a miss tonight
and some grocery shopping

sorry I didn't pop in this morning - left for work at 7.15am....

busy busy busy day here....
My head is spinning and aching.... trying to warn off the pending migraine i can feel brewing...

BTW - not sure what happened tot he BC last night - I copied and pasted the steps off a word doc and then deleted the word doc.... but they arent in the post will try to fix it tonight

I take disprin Pro Peta as I can only take asprin but a friend or two have told me to check out the needle in the bum as its suppose to be good

I dont get migrains often but lately a lot more for some reason
I just hate the nauseas part or being sick as I was today
