Hi girls!

had a busy morning, went to woolies to get a few bits and pieces and then did my walk on the treadie at mums place. have upped my time and pace on it the last few days so i am doing well with that. rainy day and i have washing hanging on three separate lines outside its not drying on the verandah though have a bit of a headache so im going to get going xox

a sleep in here as I also have a headache and sore throat (Im thinkiing its stress though)

my dad has been for a coffee
have my third load on
dishwasher on
loungroom vacumed
washing sorted
printed up a new rewards chart

thinking I might go take some more meds and veg for the rest of the day
