anyone having a sleep in????
Just a quick post this morning will be back later to catch up on all the chat Smile

had a WONDERFUL time out last night, these two best friends of mine are great for a laugh and lovely company. We dont see each other very often but when we do its like we pick back up from where we left off. i dont believe in living in each others pockets so i think that's why our friendships have lasted so many years.

i had bruschetta, left most the bread and ate the topping, chicken and mushroom rissoto and only ate half, and one of my friends and i had a caramello pizza dessert to share. so i was pretty sensible with my portions at least!! anyway ill pop back later xo

PostSubject: Re: Snoozin' Sunday   Snoozin' Sunday EmptySun Jul 31, 2011 8:43 am

morning all...

i had a big lie in for me - 7.45... but had minimal sleep!!!
chatting on FB to Sar till 11.30.... sienna came into my be at 2.30 and i was too tired to worry - so left her there - she went straight back to sleep...... CJ then cried as he had a dream so i consoled him and he said he was okay - 15min later he was crying again - so i put him in Sienna's bed as the night light was on - and he was happy then.
then the bloody cat had me up and down as she was scratching on the door - but each time i got up she ran away and wouldnt go out....

so i think i got about 4 hrs real sleep!!!!

had planned to go with mum & dad to have lunch with my nan - but it is an hour away and worried im too tired to drive back after.... but I HAVE to make the effort.... she isnt getting any younger!!!
so we will go about 11 have lunch and then straight home - so hopefully about 2.30/3 home..... to have a scrappy afternoon!!

Glad you had a great night out Kate Smile

No sleep in here, I was up at 6am having fruit toast with peanut butter for my pre-run snack, then headed in to Bunbury in gale force wind to run 10km in the womens fun run. It was so much fun, I had a tail wind one way and a head wind the other, so speedy gonzales in one direction and blown backwards the other Laughing I finished in 1hr 5mins Smile

Kate you catch up with your friends sounds great and loving the menu Smile

Peta what a night!! Hope you have enjoyed your lunch with your family and managed to drive home safely!!

Good to see you are scrapping Shaz, I have my usual no mojo happening again!

Kate good for you choosing a sensible menu
Bree your on roll with your excercise

I had a sleep in as I do during wk ends lol
other than one load of washing and
cleaning the kitchen

I have been catching up on my videos for the wk
and reading; if anyone has read Jodi Picoult she is an amazing writer and her books are so real and scary at the same time

I think it'd fantastic that you are great friends & both own scrap sites Very Happy

I am looking forward to seeing the kits that are having embellies form 'A lil something'
too. Again, i think it's fab that you may be competitors for the scrapping $$$ but you also support each other as well Smile

we were friends before Sar bought Savvy - but even so - i dont see why there should be so much 'crap' between shops....
People will buy where they want - no use loosing friends over it.

Keep an eye out for some SFS & Savvy promos coming soon - working together is the way to build a stronger business!!!

I can't wait for the new kits either - the papers should arrive today - i hope and the embellies by wednesday Smile
so excited!!!

I will put up a preorder if I get time to take a sneak of the papers Smile
