PostSubject: Things on Thursday   Thu Jun 02, 2011 6:11 am

Well im off to work today.... however i have woken with a huge sinus headache so I really want to not go.... but I have to - can't let the team down again!!!
So I wil go and see how long I last - get all my orders into the system and then I will feel good about that.
At least the 'cold' part seems to have cleared up abit.

So this morning I will do the pre cleaning lady tidy up [ just make sure she has a clear run] - I will also work out something for dinner - and then head into work about 8.30am.

This arvo I need to get Meah to dance, Zac to footy and get my car... picked it up at 5.30 yesterday only to have a bit of steam when i dropped the mechanic back - they checked it - a split hose... so rather than make them do it then i said keep it.... now i have to drive hubby's ute - which i hate!!!! Rolling Eyes

tonight I would lke to scrap - i have so many ideas in my head and I really want to see how they pan out...

Hope you have a great day

Hi all.

Well Peta hope the sinus headache goes away. You really need a break from this unwell feeling.

Washing, cleaning and cooking for a cake stall at DS's athletics carnival tomorrow is on the agenda today.

Hoping to scrap a little too. Started a Lo for a june challenge last night and its nearly finished so want to get it done.

Hope you all have a good day.

well we slept in (READ: I) this morning Embarassed

so we got ready nice and quick and made it to class 20 min late.
i hope this isn't a bad sign!

have just raided the wardrobe and pulled out all of my black pants and shoes to try on for this interview and trial today.
I'm so nervous! this is a bit formal compared to the usual affraid

oh good luck Em!! i have a great feeling about this for you!!!!!

mick is home with the man flu today, so im doing housework around him and trying to disinfect everything. heidi came home with headlice yesterday so i have sent a letter to the school with her this morning. ive tried to make it a pleasant letter as i know no matter what kids are likely to get them in a school setting, however i think they should be making parents aware of it going around especially when they are constantly reinforcing this hat policy etc. end of rant lol.

they say you should only treat them if they have them Tam - as the little buggers get use to the treatment,.. smart little shits they are!!!

wehave had many dramas witht hem - its just one of those things that is hard to 'fix' as teachers arent allowed to touch and check the kids like when we were at school - in 'nit season' we use to all line up and get checked.... sent home and not allowed back for a day or two - and then checked on arrival back....

had an okay day today - got 80% of my orders done and sorted for packing staff tomorrow.
Feeling very heady - blocked ears etc.... over it!!!

got my car back - all fixed now..... yay as i HATE driving hubby's ute!!!

im about to get the kids dinner [little two] and then im gettin gin my pjs and sitting at the scrap desk for the night....
having a strong bow and relaxing!!!

feeling great about being ontop of the retreat paper work too - just need the orders to arrive so i can start doing the classes Smile

how did ww go Tam?
How did your interview go Em?

Yeah Peta even when i was working in childcare about 5 years ago we were allowed to use gloves and check kids hair but then when heidi started preschool 3 years ago they werent allowed. she is one of those kids that must be prone to them because we have tried every single thing people have recommended to us over the years. she is at the point where she breaks down crying now and asks us what she has done to deserve the 'spiders' in her hair. its upsetting. Sad

second day of the month and ive done a card, a canvas, and two layouts. enjoying this mojo, and dont want to stop what im doing to get normal things done i.e. life in general. might have a bubble bath tonight Smile

dont ask Kate as Im a bit p*##ed of because I worked real hard this wk

I never had nits as a kid and remembered a couple of yrs ago I found one in my hair and tipped a pure bottle of kero over my head
rubbed it in and never had them since

we comb the kids hair every wk and just condition and if they have anything we treat and change the treatment
we also us kero watered down as it does work

I once ask ray to dip them when to do the sheep and he thought I was mad and joking but I was deadly serious

Must be the week for lice Mad We have had the unwanted visitors too. Yesterday i did the kids hair, changed all the sheets, towels & sprayed hats. Hopefully other families do the same as i don't want to be doing it all again next week Mad

A work day for me today too, then i tackled the groceries.

Happy to hear you scrapping Kate Very Happy

Hope you feel better soon Peta Smile

Good luck on the exercising Tam. That's something i need to get back into too. It's hard to get motivated once you stop.

Hope everyone else had a great day Smile
