| Morning
Grace will be home this afternoon. I will be able to relax after 1.30 as she will be back on the bus. So far, so good!
I am finally off to my first Pilates class this morning. After going to 2 individual lessons I never went back as I was sick, then the girls were sick and then it was the holidays. Hope I remember what to do.
Then it is home to clean, sort and then think I will scrap tonight as I am sure John will be watching rugby. Hopefully I can stay awake. I feel absolutely exhausted!

| I don't do pilates either Deb as I always felt sick afterwards and put it down to the moves feel a lot better today so it house work and washing have taken Laura to work other than that is port packing for my lot and a quick shop tomorrow for incidentals happy birthday Sienna have you started pre season yet Deb | |

| Glad to hear you are feeling better, Tam.
I made it to Pilates and there were only 2 of us. It was great. Booked in for the next few weeks.
I have done the first task for pre-season Tam. I have task number 2 on my list for today. | |

| hi girls! a very quiet day here today, no work or school as it is our show holiday. And after a HUGE night out for a friends birthday I was on struggle street all day. The girls are both at the show now and Craig is over at a mates doing boy stuff So I am home alone until 9 when I pick the girls up. I am loving the peace and quiet. I might even scrap later if I can get my butt off the couch lol | |

| um started exercising a bit and really took all her chats to heart and something click half way in I don;'t follow her food to the tee either but did follow the calories and made up an exercise plan up until I injured my self lol so getting back into it once school goes back have you down loaded myfitnesspal on your phone as it great for tracking and also has a bar code which I use all the time at the supermarket | |

| Yep, have fitness pal. I used it a lot at the beginning of last year and then once I started my job and study, I stopped I am going to try and work out a menu plan for the week, this weekend. Got a heart rate monitor today but can't get it to work. Going to buy a new battery for the chest strap tomorrow and hope that helps and then start walking again. I am also committing to giving up chocolate. Thanks for your help | |

| Good luck with giving up chocolate Deb, I've never managed to do that! Sounds like you ladies are doing 12wbt? I did three rounds last year, tossing up whether to do Round 2 or not (didn't do round 1) - have put on a little weight & am struggling to get my mindset right to get rid of it again - but financially, I don't think I can afford to do this next round... maybe I'll just play along at home... I've got the podcasts from two of the rounds I did, and a folder full of recipes, plus the exercise plans (not that I ever really followed those)... just need someone to crack the whip & keep me on the right path LOL!
Been busy here the last few days - have nothing on at my day job, so have taken a month of to help DH with his business - which really means working flat out for two weeks, then have a quiet-ish week after the kids go back to school (1st day of holidays today), and then a week with my mum who's coming over from NZ in May for 10 days. So between running kids around, working for DH, and keeping the house running, I've also got to organise a few Twiddleybitz samples for a show in Perth next weekend, and to add to the fun, we added a puppy to the family yesterday (to keep our older dog company, and give the cats someone else to hate LOL!).
About to head out to pick Miss 17.75 up from a friend's party, and then it's off to bed for me, supposed to be going running at 6am with some friends, but that means getting up at around 5am (as the start is a central location for us, about 30 minutes drive away!) - so think I might just sleep a little longer & just go to parkrun at 8am, given that it'll be close to midnight when I actually get to bed, and I don't run well after only 5 hours of sleep!
