Morning

Hope it has cooled down for some of you. Think it is going to be hot here but not as hot as NSW yesterday.

Kate had a friend stay over last night and she will be here most of the day. Just finishing off my coffee so I can make them pancakes for breakfast.

Hope to type up my assignment today so I can post off tomorrow. I have 11 pages of scribbled out notes to type up and add in some of the regulations. Hoping my arm and shoulder hold out.

yep it was 34 yesterday and suppose to be 37 today

abby has a headspace appt at 10
and then home to folding and might even type up alll the hand written scribble I have to lol

well I caved all fans and air con on and house shut up

feeling a bit deflated as I got a text from my sister to say she called a ambulance for my mum
this heat issn't helping the elderly at all
so it looks like that waiting list may open up quicker for her Crying or Very sad
