Far Out It's Friday

Morning

I can't believe how fast the weeks are flying by. So much to do!

John is getting his car serviced this morning so I will have to pick him up and then he will work from home for a couple of hours.

I am heading back to the doctor to get my heel checked. I cut it 3 weeks ago and it is not healing as fast as I think it should. My foot keeps swelling during the day too so not sure what is going on.

We went shopping last night and got school shoes. Kate usually has to try on several pairs before one feels right but last night she liked the first pair of trainers she tried on and the 2nd pair of black lace ups. It made it so much easier and quicker.

I am now half way through my last assignment so making that a priority tonight.

hubby rang me at 5.45
the cat was being a pain big time
had to take DD to work

No wonder my heel is not getting better. It is infected so now on antibiotics as well as an antibiotic instruction with instructions to go back Monday if it hasn't improved. Nurse told me I was lucky I had come in. Hoping it's better by Sunday.

Had a wonderful lunch at Tapa's bar with my kids (DS and his GF fly back to Qld tonight )

Miss Prin Prin (cat) is feeling better - hasn't thrown up in past 24 hours, nausea injection has worn off now so fingers crossed.

Better go spend some last minute quality time with kids. xx
