Tis Thursday

Good morning girls!

What has everyone got planned for today?

I am washing, washing and washing today. And with that comes hours and hours of ironing.. oh joy! But it has to be done so that I can get these bags packed.

The girls are going to town this morning to finish off their school shopping and to catch up with friends, so that will save me a job or two.

I have a huge pile of ironing to do but it has just been too hot so just ironing as we need it right now

My pantry is clean apart from the very bottom shelf. We ran out of room in the rubbish bin so we have had to ask the neighbours if we can squeeze some in theirs. The good thing is it is collected today so I can do the last bit later today or tomorrow. It feels so good to finally have it clean and reorganised. Now to ensure it stays that way.

Taking the girls back to the library to pick up some books they reserved and then Grace back to smiggle to get a couple of things. We are meeting John after work so we can get new school shoes for the girls. It takes both of us to do this job. I really want to get it out of the way. Grace has really wide feet so we can only get shoes from one shop and Kate has narrow feet which are very long, so we have to go somewhere else for her. Her feet are now the same size as mine.

Oops, bit of a novel this morning. Have a great day

the other three are annoying me so really dont care at present (having a bad mummy moment)

need to pay bills
and go down town but not with ferral kids

Had a semi bad day today - they say it happens in 3's

1. Had my nails shellac done late yesterday and when I got home had a good look at them and found a few faults so went back today to get them fixed and they wouldn't do anything about it

2. My 16y.o DD told me what a GF's 16y.o DD had been up too and I thought the mother should know as her DD isn't on any protection so had to ring my GF to tell her to have a talk to her daughter (she could of been lying trying to big-note herself).

3. Miss Prin Prin my cat had to go to vets as vomiting at least 3 times a day, had bloods done while there to rule out a few things but they gave her an injection to stop the vomiting for 24 hours and 2 lots of medication to take for a week. While giving her medication tonight she clawed me (and I am allergic to cats) so one arm is scratched up, swollen, red, itchy, etc

Here's hoping tomorrow is better - thought DS and his GF leave tomorrow night and it will be a year before I see them again
